Once a customer requests a quotation, this is passed directly to our management team who will then make an assessment on the fees, turnaround times and the best resources to accommodate for this need. A member of the team will then contact the customer (in most cases by telephone) to guide you through the quotation and to get a better sense of your exact needs. Once the work has been allocated to us, our customers are given a phone number and email address that they can use to get updates throughout the process or to raise any queries they have. We will provide regular updates at regular intervals on progress of the work.
On completion of the translation, Babel Translate will pass the translation across to a qualified proofreader for a comprehensive evaluation of what has been produced. Once it has been signed off by the proofreader, the document is ready to be sent to the client. At Babel Translate, we do not charge extra for proofreading services. We see it as an essential element of what we do, not as an additional extra as many other companies do.
